    1. Exfoliate your body a day or two before using the product.

    2. Apply "Winter Skin" to clean, dry skin with your hands.

    3. Apply as you would a moisturizer. Use enough product.

    4. Start at the ankles and work your way up.

    5. Wash your hands thoroughly (or you can use a glove).

    6. Use several days in a row to create the tan you want.
