    Spray an adequate amount directly onto the skin and rub in with your hands or use the ECO by SONYA tanning glove. Wash hands thoroughly after use. For best results, exfoliate your body a day or two before using self-tanners. Leave on for at least 1 hour, or for best results, leave it on until your next wash. The tan will continue to develop for up to 24 hours after washing off.
